I lead one of many Software Development functions in our London office with a focus towards the Microsoft stack. Over my tenure at Roc I have placed techies into a range of industries including Fintech, Software, Retail, Banking, Digital Agency, Startup, Consultancy, Travel, Energy etc. Naturally I have built out a network and community within the Development/Technology space which has enabled me to gain referrals and build outstanding relationships with clients and candidates.     

I collaborate closely with my team who collectively cover Software Development, QA, Product, Design + Creative, Change + Transformation, Project Management, Support + Infrastructure, Senior appointments, Data + Analytics, Cloud and more. As a team we work together with aim give clients and candidates the best possible agency experience. Aside from your typical day to day briefing and resourcing roles we will go above and beyond to ensure clients have full knowledge of the market which includes Salary Benchmarking, Data reports, Candidate trends, Weekly check ins.
