With 17 years of experience in the recruitment industry, the last 14 have been dedicated to helping Roc Search flourish. 

I've played a key role in growing it from a 10-person team to a global network of 200 across eight offices, with four based in the UK. My true passion lies in partnering with our key clients in the Tech, Engineering, Life Sciences, and Public Sector markets.

I thrive on understanding their unique journeys and tackling their complex staffing issues. My expertise lies in growing and scaling their teams with the best talent, ensuring their success becomes our success. But fostering a positive work environment built on honesty, trust, and an open-door policy remains paramount. For me, people come first. My aim is to empower teams across Roc Search to reach their full potential and create limitless opportunities for them within the company.

 Outside of work, I find balance through endurance sports like ironman triathlons and marathons, inbetween a busy and fulling home life with a wife, 3 young children and of course the family dog.
