I started with Roc in 2019 after being with a previous company for 7 years where I predominantly focussed on Construction Recruitment. When joining Roc I was tasked with developing a new Supply Chain & Procurement desk and managing the South West contract division. With 12 years’ experience working the contract market alongside mine and my teams’ Engineering market knowledge with both businesses and available candidates, it has given us the skills and expertise to support our clients with a fast and professional approach to their recruitment needs, successfully delivering suitable candidates to match their criteria. 

We work full process from spec stage to interviews to offer within a matter of days with a market leading success rate. 

Since joining Roc I have been successful in becoming a direct supplier into some of the largest companies in the UK and being approved onto a number of prestigious PSL’s.
