As Roc Search’s CGO, my role is to lead the strategy and delivery of growth opportunities for the group, including new territories and new markets.

Encourage our teams to always fulfil our purpose of “Creating Limitless Opportunities” Lead the development of Roc’s business processes and tools and champion their adaptation across the group. Focus on attracting industry-leading recruitment professionals to Roc Search and supporting them to be the best they can be. A champion of Roc’s Purpose, Mission, Vision and Values – creating a diverse and inclusive culture and empowering our teams to be super high performance.

My recruitment journey started in 2004 as a Trainee at a FTSE250 recruitment business.  Worked within Technology and the Engineering recruiter/manager for eight years when ended having responsibility for their Thames Valley Office.  I joined Roc early on with a view to grow a new Engineering division and with help from lots of fantastically talented individuals we have created a world class recruitment business.  Built out new offices and teams across the UK and joined Roc Search’s Board in 2015.  I’ve been involved in the business growing from 25 people in an office in Reading to circa 150 staff across 10  offices around the world.  I truly believe in developing people and creating a culture where people can become the best versions of themselves.  I deeply believe in our purpose as an organisation and see my role as an enabler to “create limitless opportunities” for our clients, candidates and (most importantly) our team of Roc Stars.

Outside of work I love my family, all sports (sometimes Tottenham Hotspur FC) and travels to places with sunnier climates. I believe you should treat everyone how you would want to be treated and that good things happen to good people.
