🔹 Business Development Manager - B2B & Technical Sales | Essex (EMEA focus)
Join a fast-growing chemical manufacturer driving innovation in air purification technologies for defence and industrial markets.

Job Purpose:


  • Drive B2B sales growth across EMEA for specialist chemical products (Oxygen, Activated Carbon, Soda Lime)

  • Target high-impact markets: Military, CBRN, Industrial Safety & Medical

  • Blend of new business hunting and strategic account growth

  • Up to 30% international travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and training

  • Report to the EMEA Sales Manager and collaborate across global teams


What we're looking for:


  • Proven track record in B2B/technical sales (defence/industrial/medical ideal)

  • Strong consultative selling, funnel management, and negotiation skills

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, self-starting attitude

  • Confident communicator able to build trust at all levels

  • Experience growing existing accounts and securing new business

In return you will command a salary of circa £50K pa + bonuses + benefits.
