We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the end-to-end requirements for a new Ticketing system, driving commercial growth across their digital ecosystem.
Rate: £275 - £310/day most likely Inside IR35
Contract: 3 months (possible extension)
Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite in London
Key Responsibilities
- Audit the current ticketing platform, integrations, and user experience.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements through workshops and data analysis.
- Produce clear user stories, data flows, and functional specifications to support RFP and vendor selection.
- Analyse ticketing data to identify insights and opportunities for innovation.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, accessibility, and security standards.
About You
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, integrations, and data mapping.
- Skilled in Agile delivery, with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in eCommerce preferred.
