Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
My fantastic client in London is currently looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to come on board on a permanent basis.
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager you will be to lead the finance business partnering function which supports the achievement of the clients aims and objectives through the provision of reliable data, financial modelling and insights. The candidate is responsible for the development, maintenance and delivery of effective budgeting and forecasting processes and analysis across the company.
This is an exciting time for the client as they implement new back-office systems including a new finance system, this being an important element of our finance transformation programme. The candidate will play a pivotal role imbedding new ways of working and processes and will lead the continued development of effective financial analysis to facilitate informed decision making across the company. The role requires a business partnering mindset and excellent service delivery skills.
The candidate will have a recognised CCAB qualification and have worked in the commercial and not for profit sector with significant experience in accounting roles including previous Financial Planning & Analysis roles.
This role will require the candidate to have extensive knowledge and experience of implementing and utilising financial analysis tools and business models. Including the need to regularly review and refine approaches and methodology to adapt to changing internal and external priorities and contexts.
This is a permanent role paying £80-85k per annum plus a 5k London bonus. It is a hybrid role requiring you to be based in the London office 2 days per week.
