Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Junior Business Analyst/Change Analyst to join a highly successful team working for a company based in Bury.

Day to day you will be working closely with the change lead and other change analysts, gaining valuable knowledge, which will help you to develop. Initially you will be working on change requests to get to grips with the business and their applications, with the longer-term plan being you will be working on a number of smaller projects at any time.

They are expecting you to be the face of change for customers, so you will need to have a good level of communication.

The company have been growing over the last couple of years and are continuing in this direction, so it is a very exciting time to join.

Essential skills include experience with:

• Basic BA skills
• A similar role
