Overview:
We're looking for a seasoned Project Director / Programme Manager to lead a major Business Central implementation within a retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale programmes, with hands-on experience delivering Business Central solutions using Agile methodology.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record of leading large, complex programmes of work
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Solid background in the retail sector, ideally with multi-site or omni-channel exposure
Comfortable working in Agile environments and leading cross-functional teams
Confident stakeholder engagement at all levels, including C-suite
