Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join a highly successful team working for a company based in East Kilbride. They have huge clients across the UK and are growing at the moment so it's a good time to join.

Day to day you will be working on multiple projects, as well as conducting stand ups, code reviews, coaching, mentoring for junior engineers etc.
They are happy for you to work from a hybrid perspective, so you will need to be in the office 3 days a week. On top of this, they have excellent benefits, including an annual bonus based on hitting specific targets.

Essential skills include experience with:

• Embedded C bare metal development
• Model based development (e.g. Simulink, MATLAB, UML etc.)
• Desire to coach or some kind of management/team lead/mentoring experience
